Is Reiki and Sekhem / Seichem compatible?

Reiki Healers often ask me if Sekhem / Golden Reiki are compatible, and the answer to this is a resounding "Yes". In addition to working with Reiki, I trained as a Sekhem / Seichem Master Teacher approximately 16 years ago. Sekhem / Seichem is the natural progression from Usui Reiki / Traditional Reiki. It further expands the healing abilities and psychic gifts of the practitioner.

So what is Sekhem / Seichem?

Sekhem / Seichem is a healing modality which began it's life with a man called Patrick Ziegler. Sekhem / Seichem has gone through several major redevelopments since Patrick had a powerful initiatory experience in the Great Pyramid at Giza. Through these experiences he was inspired as to how to pass on the ability to access the Sekhem energy. This was the foundation and trigger for Sekhem / Seichem, it was further developed by another American Healer and I was trained by her. The reason why I use both spellings of Sekhem here is because both are in common use among practitioners - one is the Egyptian spelling and one is the modern spelling.

With the additional developments which were channeled by my teacher, the energy expanded to include Golden Reiki and working with the five elements. It can be passed to you through a powerful initiation processes so that you too can learn to be a healer. Alternatively you can receive a therapy session which assists you to manifest powerful changes physically, emotionally or spiritually.
 
Sekhem / Seichem has a close connection to the Egyptian lion-headed Goddess Sekhmet – ‘the Goddess of a thousand names’. Sekhmet destroys all that is no longer of value and brings healing to the world. Many people not connected with Egypt and her archetypes experience the energies in different ways. Other powerful archetypes, Saints and Angels, carry the same energy and manifest to the initiates. The energy comes through in the way most appropriate for each student or person receiving healing. In recent weeks I have become increasingly aware of her presence, and feel that she is beginning to manifest through a new energy when I give Sekhem / Seichem or initiate students. I have recently been re-initiating previous students at their request, as they've wanted to connect with the Golden Reiki and they have confirmed the new energies are manifesting.

Sekhem / Seichem is a very powerful transformational force in energy healing. It is believed to be the healing energy taught and practiced by the Priesthood in the temples of Ancient Egypt. There are references to SKHM in ancient scrolls and hieroglyphs indicating that ‘Sekhem’ denoted ‘Power’ or ‘Might’ when used in spiritual terms.
