I was awoken early in the morning a few weeks back with the clear message from the Angels that it was important to raise awareness of the new healing energies being manifested through Tera Mai Reiki.

The energies are bright and joyful, enabling people to take more control of their well being. This has always been one of the most significant things about Reiki, it empowers people to create a happier, healthier more heart-centred life which flows. Reiki supports students to achieve a more holistic sense of well being.
